Alpaca Therapy & Sound Healing

An ancestral Andean ritual among the sacred mountains of Pisac. Not a tour — a moment of genuine reconnection.

Duration7 hours
FormatPrivate

This full-day experience takes you to Cuyo Bajo, a remote Andean community above Pisac in Peru's Sacred Valley — one hour from Cusco. Guided by Vicente, a cultural guardian and ancestral healer born in the community, you'll walk sacred trails with alpacas, attend a traditional sound healing ceremony, visit the Pisac archaeological site, and share a fire-cooked local lunch.

01
Ancestral Alpaca Therapy

Walk alongside alpacas on sacred Andean trails above Pisac — an Incan healing ritual of emotional reconnection.

02
Sound Healing with Vicente

Bone and clay flutes handcrafted by the community's cultural guardian — ancient energetic instruments, not performance.

03
Pisac Ruins — Solo Time

Your guide steps back and leaves you to explore in silence. Just the ruins and your open energy field.

04
Pachamama Ceremony

Coca leaf offerings, chicha, and sacred earth rituals — a direct bridge to the living spiritual traditions of the Andes.

I wasn't looking for spiritual healing. I just wanted something different from Machu Picchu. What I experienced at Cuyo Bajo is the most genuinely authentic thing I've done while travelling in the last ten years.
